Back in 1959, when Mr. Raitlal Salot laid the foundation for Vijay Machinery Stores, a fire extinguisher trading and machinery parts manufacturing unit in Mumbai, he had an idea, but probably did not foresee the full extent to which this fledgling would grow and spread its wings into the future.

This wing of our business covers global contract manufacturing of mechanical and electronic products. Needless to say, we offer excellent quality, competent sophistication and highly customer-centric technological solutions.

This second wing deals with the world of new age real estate. Building management is a fast growing and highly demanding area which is relevant to everyone's security and comfort today.

The group sold major part of its business to Kidde, UK (part of UTC Group) in 2001. Since then the group has focused on select businesses through the following companies:
